  • Monitor training quality delivered by NGOs, observe training effectiveness and provide feedback to the trainers for improvement, if required.

and Relevancy with this Assignment

 

Have more than 15 years working experience in development sector in Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHTs) region as a development activist. Academically, After completion of study, I have engaged myself in development sector and have experienced to work with different national and international organizations.

During this long time working period, as an employee of the organizations, I have effectively completed of my responsibilities and achieved experiences and enhanced skills in different sectors which I think is very much consistent with this assignment and will be helpful to successfully complete it. These are as follows;

 Planning monitoring and evaluation

I have achieved years of experience in project activities planning; specially using Logical Framework Approach (LFA)), Understanding on Impact Assessment, Project Management (PM), Programme review, Monitoring and Evaluation methods and approaches including quantitative, qualitative and participatory methodologies; Management Information System (MIS) and Organization management and development.

 Training facilitation

I have successfully received ToT (training of trainers) and other trainings and also organized and facilitated trainings on different rights and development issues like as leadership development & management, human rights, water and sanitation, capacity building training for the LGI officials and CBO members. Besides this, I have attended in many workshops and seminars on human rights related issues.

Coordination

I have succeeded to keep good communication and liaison with GOB, LGI and NGO counterparts and other relevant stakeholders, effective coordination from top to bottom level beneficiaries and stakeholders for organizing and properly implementing project activities.
